Description:
Are you confused about when Pivot makes sense vs. the Script Node vs. Configuration items? Do you need to configure specific machines with regkey values? Do you want to enforce certain WSUS Settings on your Software Update Points? In this session we will go over using PowerShell code in configuration items to detect, report on and remediate desired configurations states for clients.

What you will learn:
  • Review usage goals for Pivot, vs. Script Node, vs. Configuration Items
  • Using Powershell within Configuration Items for Detection, and Remediation.
  • Use CMDlets to add CIs
