Description:
User profile settings, custom WMI classes, hardware inventory, Compliance items, Scripts, CMPivot, and all the community tools available to get inventory from your computers into your SQL database. In this session you will get well equipped on how to inventory anything you want and where to get it once the data is in SQL. You will also learn how having this visibility into your environment can help mature many different aspects of your organization from upgrades, to projects, to everyday operational tasks.

What you will learn:
  • How to pick the right tool to get the data you need out of ConfigMgr
  • Dive into SQL and figure out where the data is stored and how best to present it to your peers, manager, leaders and so on
  • You will see instructions on how to get the hard to reach data, like user profile settings
