Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.

Description:
How many times do users or techs come to you saying that software failed to install because of ConfigMgr? In this session get the info you need to determine if it is ConfigMgr, the application, or the device. This will be a log heavy presentation regarding ConfigMgr, Windows, and application installations like EXE, MSI, and MSIX.

What you will learn:
  • Understanding of context of the install, like bitness or admin token, and how to properly test and reproduce issues
  • Common and less-common errors and how to find the resolution to each
  • Dive into pertinent logs (apps, packages, MSI, PSADT, event logs) to follow the path of an install
