Building a Highly Resilient Software Update/WSUS Infrastructure

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.

Description:
Everybody patches, and nowadays there is a lot of overhead to keep WSUS healthy and patches rolling. At large scale, your WSUS infrastructure can be even more unruly. In this session, learn how to build out the infrastructure, monitor for failures, and configure your environment to keep things running smoothly in the event of scan or sync failures. This session will cover all the bases!

What you will learn:
  • Maximize WSUS, SQL, and IIS for large software update catalogs and large client counts
  • Put a process in place when failures occur to limit the backlog
  • Monitor WSUS scans and syncs to catch issues before the backlog gets too big
