As a Program Manager on Microsoft’s Client Management team, Albert is responsible for the next generation of cloud connected device management tools, experiences and services including Desktop Analytics and System Center Configuration Manager. Albert joined Microsoft in 2002 and now focuses primarily on using big data to help IT admins more efficiently plan their software updates, working with internal partners at Microsoft like the Windows Client & Server and Office teams.
